Qualifications

• GPA 3.0+ as a general rule.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or R.
• Understanding of basic descriptive and inferential statistics.
• Knowledge of data analysis methods and tools.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude and collaboration.
• Driven problem solver with quality in documentation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
• Develop and implement predictive models using machine learning and statistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actions.
• Build and deploy annotation, training, and evaluation pipelines; automate workflows.
• Monitor model performance and data accuracy.
• Visualize data for stakeholders using basic graphics and technologies.
• Apply predictive modeling to enhance user experiences and business initiatives.
• Learn from senior team members and participate in peer reviews.
