Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization.

• Support ad hoc data analysis requests to inform strategic planning and executive presentations.
• Help automate data workflows and improve data quality and accessibility.
• Develop predictive models for division and forecasting

Our EDA Business Operations team supports Keysight's Design Engineering Software solutions (DES) organization empowering engineers and innovators to accelerate product development using advanced electronic design automation (EDA) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist, Intern to join our EDA Business Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience at the intersection of data analytics, business strategy, and technology innovation. You will work closely with other EDA data scientists to transform complex data into actionable insights by providing software centric reporting and dashboard designs that drive strategic knowledge around growth and customer success.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working with Tableau applications (Prep, Desktop, Cloud/Server)
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Interest or experience in theEDA industry, semiconductor design, or electronic test and measurement.
• Exposure to CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data warehousing tools.
