Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in data management, data mining, data analytics, data reporting, data product development and quantitative analysis.
• Experience with data visualization libraries/tools such as D3.js, three.js, Highcharts, SVG, HTML5, WebGL.
• Experience with platforms/environments: SQL Server, Microsoft BI Stack.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Domo, PowerBI is a must; industry certifications are a plus.
• Financial/Payments experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting data findings in readable, insight-driven formats and building supporting decks.
• Experience automating workflows with Python, Tableau prep, or R.
• Experience with big data batch and streaming tools (Spark, AWS, Hadoop).
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or R scripting languages.
• Advanced SQL coding is essential.
• Experience with SSIS/SSAS/SSRS is a plus for data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain advanced reporting and data visualization on large data sets to support analytics across products, markets, and services.
• Translate business requirements into concrete solution specifications and on-time deliverables.
• Create repeatable processes to support modeling and reporting development.
• Manipulate large-scale databases to synthesize data insights using appropriate tools.
• Apply data quality controls, validation, and cleansing to new and existing data sources.
• Serve as a single point of contact for stakeholder requirements and communications across business and tech.
