Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field.
• 3+ years of experience with large databases and complex analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with advanced statistical modeling, ML methods, and/or AI models.
• 3 years of experience with Python and SQL in cloud environments.
• Experience with GenAI and enterprise AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Develops, evaluates, and refines statistical, ML, and AI models with metrics and diagnostics.
• Supports model monitoring, addressing issues like bias, drift, and data limitations.
• Scales existing models and analytics solutions for performance and usability.
• Performs hypothesis testing, time series analysis, and experiments to measure impact.
• Translates findings into clear insights for business decisions and stakeholders.
• Communicates results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborates with analytics engineering and platform teams for integration.
• Documents design, data definitions, and limitations for reuse.
