Job summary
People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Data Scientist I with a Secret clearance to develop Power BI dashboards, connect data sources, and implement ETL processes. You will work closely with business units to translate requirements into technical solutions and provide end-user training across MS365 tools.
The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI tracking, and documentation to ensure governance, security, and actionable insights for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or Statistics is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Connect Power BI to SQL databases, SharePoint, Excel, and MS365 sources.
- Design scalable ETL processes ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Gather requirements from business units and translate to technical solutions.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Power BI tools.
- Leverage MS365 tools to enhance Power BI functionality.
- Create documentation, establish best practices, and ensure data governance.
- Define KPIs with objectives and monitor them regularly.
- Analyze data to identify trends and enable data-driven decisions.
