Job summary

MORSE Corp, a data science and software focused employer, seeks Data Scientist Graduate co‑ops in Cambridge, MA to develop AI/ML software and analysis pipelines for DoD‑oriented projects. Qualifications

• US Citizenship required and ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative subject.
• Working towards a MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative subject.
• Python proficiency
• An interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, GenAI, LLMs, and other data types
• Experience performing statistical analyses and building data visualizations
• Experience with third‑party data science libraries such as scikit‑learn, pandas, numpy is a plus
• Exposure to tools like Spark, PySpark, Docker, or Docker‑compose is a plus
• Solid understanding of version control systems (we use Git)
• Good communication skills and the ability to have fun when working

MORSE Corp is seeking Data Scientist Graduate co‑ops to help develop analysis and application software for artificial intelligence and machine learning applications. Experience with a broad range of development stacks is highly desired. Candidate should be a highly motivated self‑starter with good communication skills, and should be able to work in an iterative and agile development style. MORSE Corp’s pay range for this role carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to, prior experience, education, skills and expertise, location, internal equity, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
