Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (MS or PhD).
• 3–5 years of industry experience in applied machine learning or AI.
• Hands-on GenAI-focused applications experience (agents, reasoning workflows, or RAG).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and ML tooling; familiarity with deployment and MLOps.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical models and automated processes in AI/ML projects.
• Work on GenAI and LLM projects, including fine-tuning and embedding-based search.
• Lead GenAI architectures for plugin-based solutions and custom apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and business insights.
