Job summary

CALIBRE Systems, Inc is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics for Army cost analysis and budgeting processes. You will oversee data plans, scope and scheduling, and assist with resource allocation for the data group while delivering end‑to‑end analytics from business challenges to insights.

You will work with data lakes, statistical methods, ML, and predictive models in a cloud environment, communicating results to both business and technical audiences.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• Security+ certification within first 90 days
• AWS data engineer or ML certification within first 6 months
• MS/BS in a related field; MS preferred; 5+ years data analytics experience; CDFM/CCEA/DAWIA preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end analytics from business challenges to actionable insights
• Oversee data plans, scope, schedule and resource allocation for projects
• Work with Army ERP systems, data collection, modeling, and product generation
• Explore data-driven innovation through statistics, ML and predictive models
• Communicate complex technical results to both business and technical audiences
• Contribute to data visualization and cloud‑based analytics initiatives
