Job summary

USfalcon is looking for a data analytics professional to develop and deploy AI/ML and NLP powered solutions that support DoD mission needs. You will build scalable pipelines, design robust data architectures, and create clear dashboards for varied stakeholders.

Applicants should have a strong background in data science, visualization, and text analytics, plus a TS/SCI clearance. The role emphasizes collaboration within Agile teams and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science, data visualization, AI, text analytics, SQL, or related analytics.
• Experience delivering analytics and data solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy analytics solutions using LLMs, NLP, and text analytics.
• Design and optimize AI/ML and statistical models to meet mission needs.
• Create dashboards with Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Use SQL to design, maintain, and optimize relational databases and data architectures.
• Automate data workflows with Python for scalable analytics operations.
• Incorporate data from APIs, web services, and RSS feeds; collaborate in Agile teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Develop and deploy analytics solutions incorporating LLM usage, natural language processing, and text analytics.
• Apply MAVEN Smart Systems to support automated decision-making, intelligent workflows, and advanced analytics pipelines.
• Design, build, andoptimizeartificial intelligence, machine learning, and statistical modeling solutions to support mission requirements.
• Create visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Utilizestructured query language (SQL) to design,maintain, andoptimizerelational database schemas and data architectures.
• Automate data processing workflows using Python to support scalable, repeatable analytics operations.
• Query and integrate data from external sources, including APIs, web services, and RSS feeds.
• Operatewithin Agile development environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, operations, and mission stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 7+ years of combined experience in data science, data visualization, artificial intelligence, text analytics, SQL/database development, or related analytics disciplines.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, applied physics, data analytics, or an equivalent field.
