Qualifications

• Five years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• PhD strongly preferred in bioinformatics/biostatistics/computer science or related field.
• Proficient in R and/or Python for data analysis.
• Experience with single-cell and spatial omics data.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Experience building data publishing tools (e.g., Shiny or Connect) and reproducible workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, implement, document, and maintain robust analysis workflows across projects.
• Apply AI methods to accelerate research workflows while ensuring rigor and reproducibility.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on workshops for HMS researchers.
• Develop and maintain open-source software and data resources with documentation.
