Beyond model development, this role contributes to the design of the end-to-end decisioning ecosystem, partnering across business and technology teams to ensure insights translate into real-world impact.

You will also play a key role in developing scalable, cloud based, and full stack capabilities that support the reliable deployment of machine learning, decisioning, and agentic systems, ensuring solutions are not only innovative but also durable, governable, and ready to operate at enterprise scale.

  • Mentors and develop other data scientists.
  • Uses best practices to develop complex statistical, machine learning techniques to build models that address business needs and to improve the accuracy of our data and data-driven decisions.
  • Identifies languages and tools that can bring efficiencies or needed techniques to the team. Identifies new areas of data, research and models and develop data sources that can solve business problems.
  • Utilizes effective project planning techniques to break down complex machine learning/predictive modeling and/or development projects into tasks, manage scope of projects, and ensure deadlines are kept. Manages various analytical and modeling projects with small number of team members.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands‑on, practical experience using Python for data science, modelling, and building production‑ready solutions, along with experience using other modern data science tools (R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), observability concepts, and cloud security fundamentals.
