WorkNovas LLC is seeking a Data Scientist in Auburn Hills, MI, onsite, to design and deploy ML/AI solutions. You will work across data exploration, feature engineering, model development, and operational support for production systems.

The role emphasizes governance, human-in-the-loop oversight, and robust testing using AI-assisted approaches, with a focus on scalable, secure ML pipelines and user-facing interfaces.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on experience deploying ML solutions on AWS.
• Proven experience with OpenAI models/APIs and LLM families.
• Hands-on with agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration and tool use.
• Experience building RAG systems with embeddings and vector databases.
• Deep data understanding: exploration, quality, feature engineering.
• Proficient in Python and Java for model development.
• Experience creating front-end UIs to surface model outputs.
• Practical Docker/containers and GPU compute for training/inference.
• CI/CD pipelines for ML workloads and DevSecOps practices.
• Operational support for production ML/AI systems and monitoring.
