Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist to build an agentic AI layer on top of a Contact Intelligence platform. You will enable natural language interaction, allowing users to ask questions, generate reports, and retrieve insights via a conversational AI experience.

You will design, build, and optimize AI agents and LLM-powered workflows across data, product, and engineering teams, focusing on productionizing agentic systems and improving enterprise data interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience building and evaluating agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks.
• Strong Python & SQL.
• Experience with LLMs/GenAI.
• Experience with GCP (or other cloud providers).

This role focuses on shifting users from dashboards to natural language interaction, enabling them to ask questions, generate reports, and retrieve insights through a conversational AI experience.

Day-to-day, this person will design, build, and optimize AI agents and LLM-powered workflows, working across data, product, and engineering teams to turn business questions into scalable AI solutions. Heavy focus on productionizing agentic systems and improving how users interact with enterprise data.
