Job Description
The GM Quality Connected Customer Continuous Improvement team is seeking a data scientist to support digital transformation and AI enablement efforts. The individual will work as a member of a team with deep experience in GM’s quality issue management and warranty systems. The individual will bring a data science toolkit and innovative spirit to generate ideas and execute projects that improve overall efficiency of quality business processes. The work will generally consist of listening to/framing stakeholder problems, creation of new data pipelines, building of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions, and development of accompanying user interfaces that enable implementation of solutions for direct decision support.
