You will collaborate with data engineers and analysts to turn raw data into reliable features, validate ideas, and explain results in plain language. The role involves owning projects from question to production with light guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field; 3–5 years ML/statistical modeling.
• 3–5 years of Python or R for data analysis and modeling; 3–5 years SQL experience.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization tools or libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and validate machine learning and statistical models that solve defined business problems.
• Explore large datasets to find trends and insights, and partner with data engineers to create and refine the features your models need.
• Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of data-driven initiatives.
• Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear way that supports decisions.
• Work with engineers, product managers, and business partners in an agile environment to put models into products and processes, following CHG data privacy and security standards

For this position, we offer a pay range of $104,000 -- $201,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.* *CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.
