You will serve as a Data Scientist in the Business Analytics Division of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.

Key Responsibilities

You will serve as an internal authority and consultant for the Business Directorate community regarding the application of scientific and statistical standards to data evaluation and analysis.

Requirements & Education

Applicants must meet the following positive education qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual. Applicants must possess: 1. A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or a field directly related to the position; OR 2.

A combination of education and experience, where your courses are equivalent to a major field of study (30 semester hours) in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or a field directly related to the position, plus additional education or appropriate experience that equates to one year of experience. Your percentage of the required education plus your percentage of the required experience must equal one hundred percent or greater.
