Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, CS, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 3–7 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and R; expertise in SQL.
• Experience with ML algorithms and their practical applications.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and preprocess large and complex datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to discover patterns, anomalies, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Develop, implement, and validate machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series) to solve business problems and predict future outcomes.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new features or strategies.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

• Document data pipelines, models, and analytical processes thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-7 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and R.
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Proven experience with various machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex challenges analytically.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
