Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Scientist to deliver predictive models and advanced analytics for government missions in the Washington, DC area. You will build ML solutions for large-scale data environments and perform rigorous exploratory data analysis across structured and unstructured datasets.

On-site work is required with up to 10% travel; active Secret clearance is needed. You will collaborate with government stakeholders to translate mission needs into data-driven solutions and ensure

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• Active Secret clearance.
• Ability to work on site at a government facility in Washington, DC or Northern Virginia.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
• Experience with modern data science libraries (such as pandas, scikit learn, NumPy, or similar).
• Experience working with large datasets, including cleaning, transformation, and modeling.
• Ability to communicate analytical insights to technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting government site analytics environments and workflows.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience supporting both government site and contractor site environments.
• Familiarity with analytics workflows used in federal programs.
• Experience with data visualization tools or platforms.
• Background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative fields.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
