We're looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about solving complex business problems through data, analytics, and machine learning. In this role, you'll partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop predictive solutions, and deliver insights that influence strategic decisions across the organization.

Design, develop, implement, validate, and maintain machine learning and predictive models that support business objectives.
Apply advanced analytics, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques to solve complex business challenges.
Continuously monitor model performance and recommend enhancements that improve accuracy, effectiveness, and business value.
Support and maintain existing analytical and predictive modeling solutions while identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
Gather, integrate, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Perform data exploration, analysis, and querying to identify meaningful trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.
Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support business decision-making.
Present insights, model results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business problems, prioritize opportunities, and define analytical solutions.
Work closely with model validators, model risk teams, compliance partners, vendors, and technology teams throughout the model lifecycle.
Provide a holistic view of analytical findings by connecting data, business @context, and organizational objectives.
Support model governance, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing performance management activities.
Support initiatives focused on modernizing analytical environments, workflows, and processes, including cloud-based solutions.
Contribute to the migration of models, workflows, and operations into evolving cloud platforms.
Measure and monitor results from implemented recommendations and model deployments.
Ensure all data acquisition, usage, analysis, and reporting activities comply with company standards, governance requirements, and regulatory expectations.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
