Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with common ML techniques: regression, classification, clustering, time series.
• Experience using ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

As a Data Scientist, you will apply data science, analytics, machine learning, and AI to help improve customer experiences, products, and business operations. You will work closely with senior data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business partners to turn data into actionable insights and deploy models into production.

Starting pay: $120,000 - $135,000 per year; Lutron's employee benefits include 401k match, health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation (amount based on tenure with the company), flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement programs.
