Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for complex problems.
• Build and support AI and GenAI infrastructure, including LLM-based solutions.

• Apply NLP, DL, and Generative AI techniques to large datasets.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI to support advanced data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, strong Python or Java programming skills, and a proven ability to develop and implement AI/ML solutions in complex environments.

This role will involve building AI and GenAI infrastructure, developing machine learning solutions, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), and applying prompt engineering techniques to solve real-world business and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for complex business and technical problems.
• Build and support AI and GenAI infrastructure, including solutions leveraging LLMs.
• Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using Python, Java, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
• Apply NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI techniques to large and complex datasets.
• Develop and optimize LLM prompts and prompt engineering strategies for AI-powered applications.
• Work extensively with Palantir Foundry for data integration, analytics, modeling, and AI/ML use cases.
• Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to business and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts, research findings, and AI solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to research, experimentation, publications, technical documentation, and innovative AI projects.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry is highly preferred / a top skill.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
• Strong experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience developing or supporting AI and Generative AI infrastructure.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Proven track record of impactful AI/ML research, projects, publications, or contributions to the field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Passion for researching and applying emerging AI/GenAI technologies.
