Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 12+ years of relevant experience; or Master's with 10+ years; or Ph.D. with 7+ years.
• Experience analyzing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.
• Experience developing software applications using Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with object-oriented analysis, design, and programming.
• Experience with data migration, transformation, and enterprise data integration.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and database modeling.
• Experience using data exchange technologies such as XML, JSON, XSLT, JDBC, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience designing and developing database-driven applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets to identify entities, relationships, patterns, and trends.
• Develop software and analytic solutions supporting enterprise data analysis and mission requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes.
• Support data migration and data warehousing initiatives across multiple enterprise systems.
• Develop scripts and applications to automate data processing and improve analytic workflows.
• Perform data modeling, database design, and data quality analysis.
• Design and implement REST-based services and data interfaces for enterprise applications.
• Utilize OO design principles and modern software development methodologies to build scalable applications.
• Collaborate with government customers, engineers, and software developers to define requirements and implement analytic solutions.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to government stakeholders.
• Support multiple concurrent technical efforts in a fast-paced mission environment.
