Responsibilities

• Define and execute data science strategy to advance discovery and knowledge platforms.
• Drive AI capabilities across search, retrieval, NLP, knowledge systems, and generative AI.
• Translate complex challenges into scalable data science solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Set high standards for experimentation, model quality, and responsible AI.
• Collaborate with Product, Eng, Research, UX, Analytics, and domain experts.
• Foster a culture of scientific rigor, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Guide adoption of emerging AI technologies like LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Influence senior stakeholders on long-term AI and product strategy.
• Ensure AI systems are trustworthy, scalable, and outcomes-focused.
