Confidential is seeking a data science professional to leverage ML and AI to improve workforce management and operational efficiency. You will work with HR and timekeeping data to identify patterns and anomalies, and support AI initiatives involving LLMs, RAG, and generative AI.

Responsibilities include extracting and analyzing data with Python and SQL, building automation workflows, and developing statistical and machine learning models.
