The role requires a bachelor’s degree and two years of data analysis experience, with CJIS clearance to be obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, physics, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Two years of performing data analysis.
• Equivalencies accepted: HS diploma +6 years experience; Associate +5 years; other combinations.
• Master’s degree +1 year experience.
• CJIS clearance within 30 days of hire.
• No felony or serious misdemeanors.

Responsibilities

• Works with personnel to answer business questions and add business value.
• Researches and runs database algorithms to locate data sets.
• Collaborates to apply statistical analysis for business issues.
• Develops predictive modeling to improve customer experiences and revenue.
• Develops tools to monitor model performance and data accuracy.
• Provides data sets to decision makers to drive programs and services.
• Ingests, analyzes, validates, normalizes, and cleans data.
• Retrieves and analyzes data from various sources.
• Performs other duties as needed.
