  • Synthesize information and evaluate data from multiple datasets and secondary research to develop insights and help internal stakeholders stay on top of brand and audience trends

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Programming, Strategy, Research, and Data organizations to influence business decisions

  • Translate technical analyses into business insight and recommendations that support audience growth, content strategy, and brand performance

  • Stay informed on evolving consumer behaviors, media trends, and analytical best practices to continuously improve research capabilities

  • Assist with team project management and administrative duties as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Decision Science, Data Analytics, or a related analytical discipline

  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and applying analytical thinking to solve business problems

  • Understanding of quantitative analytical methods such as regression, segmentation, clustering, key drivers, forecasting, price sensitivity, perceptual mapping, and/or other statistical techniques

  • Experience integrating multiple datasets to identify patterns, generate insights, and support strategic recommendations

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience in media, entertainment, streaming, consumer technology, or digital products

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for audience research and passion for TV and digital media, including entertainment, sports, and/or news

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset

  • Experience conducting or supporting quantitative research, including survey design, questionnaire development, data interpretation, and insight generation is a plus but not required
