Job summary

DataCamp is seeking an experienced content developer to scale Data Science and Data Engineering courses. You will collaborate with instructors and teams across curriculum, engineering, product, and marketing to expand the data-focused curriculum and help millions learn.

You will manage the content lifecycle, recruit instructors, and leverage AI systems to drive high-quality course production, while continuously assessing performance and addressing curriculum gaps.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent industry experience in data science, ML, or software development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering technical courses with hands-on learning.
• Experience with AI systems and improving output using AI.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full content development lifecycle and deadlines.
• Source and recruit top-tier subject-matter experts as instructors.
• Collaborate with instructors to create engaging content.
• Leverage AI systems to drive high-quality content production.
• Design, review, and create data science/engineering content for learners.
• Assess course performance with learner feedback to drive improvements.
• Identify and prioritize curriculum gaps or new topics in data science/engineering.
