Business Unit: Global Decision Science

Location: Global

Impact: As a Data Science colleague, you’ll be a key member of the Credit and Fraud Risk organization, contributing to the development of digital products and data-driven insights that shape customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Predictive Modeling and AI: Develop, deploy, and validate predictive models using industry-leading modeling and AI practices.
  • Customer Behavior Insights: Analyze extensive digital data (Web, App, API) to understand customer behavior and create valuable insights.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data to improve credit, fraud, marketing, and customer service strategies.
  • Machine Learning and Algorithms: Build and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to enhance customer experiences.
  • Big Data Environment: Work with sophisticated tools and industry-leading big data environments.
  • Innovation: Explore and develop new approaches using big data and machine learning solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum: Currently enrolled in a full-time Masters/PhD degree program in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, etc.) with hands-on experience using sophisticated analytical and machine learning techniques.
  • Preferred:
  • PhD degree with practical experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing)
  • Passion for customer experience, innovation, and customer-first thinking.
  • Proven ability to frame business problems into mathematical solutions and deliver insights.
  • Expertise in analytical languages (Python, R) and experience with databases (Hive, SQL).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
