Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative in Ohio for students with flexible schedules and no experience required. You can work within store hours, study around shifts, and dress casually.

The role emphasizes reliability and timely completion of simple assignments in a grocery environment. As a part-time team member, you’ll receive training and a guaranteed minimum pay with upside based on productivity.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
