Responsibilities

• Provide independent 2LOD data risk oversight and credible challenge of data risk across assigned businesses, functions, or risk areas.
• Assess whether data risks are appropriately identified, assessed, managed, monitored, and escalated.
• Review material data issues, remediation plans, risk acceptances, and control gaps and challenge where actions or evidence are insufficient.
• Identify emerging or systemic data risks and elevate concerns appropriately.
• Support implementation and oversight of U.S. data risk policies, standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Analyze risk metrics, issues, incidents, exceptions, and other indicators to identify trends and areas requiring management attention.
