Constellation West in Bellevue, Nebraska seeks a contractor to identify data requirements across Commands, Service, and Agency evaluations, inspections, interoperability, and testing for the NC3 Enterprise. The role defines the type, quality, and quantity of data needed to determine operational and technical performance.

The contractor will help identify data shortfalls, propose solutions to obtain data, and assist the government in determining enterprise risk.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with eligibility for immediate SCI & SAR.
• Experience with NC2/NC3 strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience or relevant college degree.
• Ability to gather, analyze data and produce actionable recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Research data requirements across Commands, Service, and Agency evaluations, inspections, interoperability, and testing.
• Identify data shortfalls and propose solutions for obtaining the data.
• Assist the government in determining enterprise risk and risk assessment across the enterprise.
• Support operational certification and risk assessment across the NC3 enterprise.
