Responsibilities

• Research professional contacts using approved online platforms, company websites, directories, and internal resources.
• Locate and verify names, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact details.
• Review existing records and correct missing, outdated, duplicate, or inaccurate information.
• Compare researched contacts against existing lists to identify duplicates, gaps, and new usable contacts.
• Clean and organize spreadsheets for review, CRM upload, or internal use.
• Help assign contacts by territory, owner, city, county, ZIP code, or other data when applicable.
• Track daily work clearly, including sources reviewed, records researched, usable contacts found, duplicates, incomplete records, blockers, and next steps.
• Flag unclear or questionable information before making assumptions.
• Suggest better sources, processes, or methods for finding, cleaning, and updating contact records over time.
