Job summary

ZealHire Inc. is seeking a Data/Reporting Analyst in Miami to drive data analysis and reporting for capital construction and finance tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, scrub data, and build metrics and dashboards using SQL and Power BI.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, project coordination, or data analysis, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Onsite in Miami for 5 days a week.

Notes:

This is a data/reporting analyst type role. They will be working on their capital construction tool and their finance tool to analyze data, create metrics and processes. SQL is a must have as they may use SQL to pull data. They will need to scrub data and analyze it. They use PowerBI- highly desired but they are also open to someone learning PowerBI.

Position Summary:

This position will work closely with the Chief Data Officer to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Process Analysis and Improvement

• Analyze current processes, workflows, and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze process performance metrics to measure the impact of improvements.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate project activities between various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
• Facilitate communication, manage timelines, and track deliverables for assigned projects.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with data analysts and subject matter experts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Present data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making.
