A leading IT services company is hiring a Data Quality & Governance Developer to ensure the integrity of healthcare data across enterprise systems. Responsibilities include designing data governance controls, standardizing data quality, and developing BI dashboards. Candidates should have over 7 years of IT experience, strong proficiency in Azure Databricks, and the ability to collaborate effectively. The position offers a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
As a Data Quality & Governance Developer, you will make an impact by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of healthcare data across enterprise systems. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Data Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders including data analysts, engineers, and business leaders.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
