Job summary

Profitero+ is seeking an Associate, Commercial Operations in the United States. You will support key client relationships, ensuring data quality across product data and categorization within digital retail ecosystems.

Experience with Python, Excel, and AI-assisted workflows will help you clean and govern datasets at scale. This role emphasizes data attribution, governance, and operational excellence; you will coordinate across teams, monitor SLAs, and translate data insights into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, economics, information systems, or a related field; experience may be substituted.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to parse, interpret, and synthesize data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to interpret, storyboard, and present data effectively.
• Exposure to data and reporting tools including Snowflake, JIRA, SQL, and/or Python.
• Experience in a client-facing capacity and familiarity with e‑commerce or digital shelf analytics.

Responsibilities

• Data Attribution & Quality Engineering: fix data, trace issues, and reclassify attributes at scale using Excel, Python, and AI-assisted workflows.
• SLA Monitoring & Compliance Tracking: monitor data availability, reporting lag, and accuracy across accounts and SLAs.
• Client Governance Support: prepare scorecards and issue trackers, summarise data quality for stakeholders, and track action items.
• Collaboration: coordinate across teams, ensure clients receive commitments, and support governance forums with clear summaries.
