Job description

Based in San Francisco, California, Turing is the world’s leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs and a trusted partner for global enterprises deploying advanced AI systems. Turing supports customers in two ways: first, by accelerating frontier research with high-quality data, advanced training pipelines, plus top AI researchers who specialize in coding, reasoning, STEM, multilinguality, multimodality, and agents; and second, by applying that expertise to help enterprises transform AI from proof of concept into proprietary intelligence with systems that perform reliably, deliver measurable impact, and drive lasting results on the P&L.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented LLM Data Quality and Tooling Specialist to support the training of LLMs through high-quality data validation and lightweight tooling. Key

Responsibilities

Quality-check (QC) diverse generated samples, including simple Q&A pairs, rubric-based datasets, evaluations, and agentic data, across both STEM and humanities domains.

  • Create clear and practical guidelines to help internal teams QC their own samples effectively.
  • Perform hands‑on QC work and design/develop simple Python‑based tools (primarily using Google Colab) to help internal domain experts efficiently review and validate samples.
  • Bring strong analytical skills, clear and professional communication, and the ability to translate QC requirements into practical, easy‑to‑use workflows and utilities.
