Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Data & Quality Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and quality documentation. The role focuses on identifying trends in operational data, translating technical information into clear business insights, and reviewing documentation before distribution to markets.

The ideal candidate has about 1+ year of experience and a background in data analytics or quality environments, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with COA review processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• About 1+ year of professional experience preferred.
• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or quality environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and communicate trends.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and key findings.
• Prepare reports and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Translate technical documentation into clear business information.
• Review COAs for accuracy and completeness prior to distribution.
• Track and document customer complaints and related information.
• Collaborate across systems to access, review, and maintain data.
• Partner with teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
