Fortress Information Security, LLC is seeking a Data Quality Analyst for Fortress FastLane at our Orlando HQ with remote options in Florida. You will validate and standardize data from suppliers and vendors, support onboarding, and ensure data integrity for risk outputs.

The role emphasizes hands-on data validation using Excel, SQL, Looker, and scripting, plus Jira-based defect tracking. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in data quality and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in data quality, data analysis, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and validation.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn SQL or Python for data analysis.
• Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Ability to communicate data issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
• Willingness to use AI tools with prudent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Validate, reconcile, and standardize supplier, product, and vendor data.
• Ingest, normalize, and baseline new data sources with Customer Success.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve data anomalies affecting risk outputs.
• Develop and run data validation workflows using Excel, Looker, SQL or scripting.
• Track, document, and manage data defects in Jira and report status.
• Join customer sessions and QBRs to review data quality and requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
