Job summary

Curant Health is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to validate data accuracy across multiple sources, develop automated testing for ETL pipelines, and support governance efforts. The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with SSIS, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced healthcare data environment.

The ideal candidate will design data quality tests, investigate issues, and partner with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, compliant data solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data quality, QA, or ETL testing.
• Hands-on SQL querying for large datasets and data validation processes.
• Experience designing and developing data validation plans and test cases.

Responsibilities

• Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness across systems.
• Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies between sources.
• Analyze anomalies, identify root causes, and drive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual data validation processes.
• Design, develop, and implement automated data quality testing frameworks.
• Create and maintain automated test cases for ETL pipelines and reporting layers.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to define data quality rules.
• Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards.
