Assess and Improve Processes: Evaluate process maturity, standard adherence, and data health across domains. Identify gaps, define remediation plans, and draft actionable roadmaps.
Coordinate Across Domains: Identify and document data, project, and resource dependencies between domains to ensure alignment and integrated planning.
Facilitate Communication: Lead and manage data domain meetings, including agenda preparation, action tracking, and progress reporting.
Solution Design: Identify implementation challenges, propose resolutions, and define or improve operating models within and across data domains.
Data Reporting & Governance: Establish and maintain monthly data health and KPI reports. Support standardized demand intake and issue tracking processes for quality, governance, demand, and data debt.
