Habitat Health is hiring its first Data Product Manager to own the data products and infrastructure roadmap. You will bridge Product and Data, aligning with C-suite priorities, and collaborate with the development team to build data products that meet business needs.
You will work across Platform & Integrations and Dashboards/Reporting, supporting growth, clinical, financial, and administrative datasets, with a strong emphasis on delivering end-to-end data solutions.

Role Scope
Habitat Health is hiring its first Data Product Manager to report to the VP of Product. We are looking for a generalist, hands-on, highly technical individual contributor who will own the roadmap for Habitat's data products and infrastructure, setting direction and priorities across the data function. You will own data products end-to-end across the two major Habitat Health pillars that the data team supports:
Inthis role you will serve as the key bridge between our Product and Data functions, working closely withC-Suite and VPlevelstakeholdersto align onthe right productstrategy, then rolling up your sleeves andcollaboratingwith our development teamto builddata products thatalign with business needs.To succeed as a Data PM, you will need to balance Habitat’s high level business objectivesagainst end userneedsanddevelopment constraints.
In a given week you'll move across all of the modes below: figuring out what's actually worth building (Discovery), writing specs precise enough fordevelopersto build from without back-and-forth (Specs), running the Jira backlog and sprint process (Delivery), keeping development unblocked (Execution management), mocking up and shipping dashboards (Design,QC, UAT), and triaging the daily stream of ad hoc requests fromadiverse set ofdatacustomers(Triage).

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $148,000–$170,000 for candidates located in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle, and $135,000–$153,000 for candidates located elsewhere. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10% of salaryand may be eligible foradditionalincentive compensation, as applicable.
In addition, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave, short-and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; flexible spending accounts; a 401(k) savings plan that includes a match; paid time off; and company paid holidays.
