Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Data Product Manager to lead enterprise data products that power analytics, AI initiatives, and customer-centric capabilities. You will own the product backlog, develop a multi-year roadmap, and partner with business and tech leaders to drive value.

The role requires 5+ years in data product/management, strong knowledge of data warehousing and cloud platforms, and experience with Snowflake/AWS/Power BI/SQL. This is an on-site US-based position in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in data product/management, business analysis, governance, analytics, or data engineering.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, modeling, MDM, governance, quality, and cloud platforms.
• Preferred: Snowflake, AWS, Power BI, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise data products powering analytics and AI initiatives.

• Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for assigned data products
• Establish trusted partnerships with business leaders, data owners, and technology teams
• Own and manage the data product backlog
• Ensure compliance with MAPFRE data governance standards
• Perform deep analysis of business processes, data flows, and operational challenges
• Manage the lifecycle of enterprise data products from ideation through retirement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of Data Product Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, Data Governance, Analytics, or Data Engineering experience
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Cloud Data Platforms
• Preferred experience: Snowflake, AWS, Power BI, SQL
