Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Med Tech is recruiting a Manager, Data Product Management – Governance to lead the delivery, adoption, and governance of data products across the MedTech Digital Solutions organization.

You will ensure data products are well-defined, discoverable, trusted, and aligned to business priorities, data standards, and regulatory expectations, partnering with business and tech teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in data product management, governance, or analytics.
• Experience in regulated environments such as MedTech or healthcare is a plus.
• Experience with data catalogs, glossaries, metadata, and quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern data products, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with business teams to capture and prioritize data needs.
• Translate outcomes into clear requirements and documentation for tech teams.
• Maintain glossaries, data dictionaries, and metadata standards for discoverability.
• Coordinate data quality expectations with data owners and stewards.
• Partner with technology, privacy, legal, regulatory, and records teams.
• Develop repeatable governance processes and communications to maximize business value.
