Qualifications

• Experience managing technology, data, software, or analytics projects.
• Demonstrated success executing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong project management fundamentals with an understanding of product thinking and roadmap development.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
• Experience working with technical teams and understanding how components fit together.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint-based delivery, and project management practices.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify connections, dependencies, and implications across multiple projects.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas 3 to 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a front-line partner to business stakeholders on data, reporting, and technology initiatives.
• Translate objectives into organized project plans, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Lead complex projects from requirements and planning through execution and implementation.
• Develop roadmaps that establish sequencing, priorities, dependencies, and milestones.
• Combine business requests with technical components to form a broader solution.
• Coordinate across stakeholders, business analysts, data engineers, developers, and leadership.
• Work with the business analyst on detailed requirements and documentation.
• Lead or support stand-ups, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and delivery coordination.
• Identify risks and communicate progress, decisions, and needs.
• Define goals and outcomes for dashboards, reporting products, data platforms, and other initiatives.
• Build institutional knowledge and own data and technology initiatives long-term.
