About the Role

WCT is seeking a seasoned Data Product Manager to lead the development of data-driven products in a digital banking environment. You’ll define product constructs, manage roadmaps, and ensure compliance across business, tech, and financial domains.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap execution with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, and marketing.
• Integrate regulatory and compliance requirements into product design.
• Translate complex problems into actionable insights with transparency.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in Product & Project Management.
• Deep understanding of banking, data privacy, and financial compliance.
• Strong data literacy: SQL, APIs, ingestion pipelines, and analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, JSON/XML).
• Experience working with data engineering and analytics teams.

Compensation / Salary Range

The typical pay range for this role is: USD $85000/Yearly - $95000/Yearly. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
