YipitData seeks a Data Product Analyst for its Corporate Retail data team. You will own high‑impact data deliverables, drive accuracy, and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for client stakeholders from day one.

Collaborating with Insights and Engineering, you will design QA processes, resolve data quality issues, and mentor peers. This remote, full‑time role offers growth in a fast‑growing company serving major brands.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting.
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, or similar languages to explore and transform large datasets.
  • Experience with Github and Databricks.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, in writing and speaking.
  • Mentor peers and raise data quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ramp up quickly to become the primary owner of high-impact data deliverables, driving product success by delivering accurate outputs and client value.
  • Design, maintain, and run QA processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability across sector products and client deliverables.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients and internal stakeholders by understanding needs and aligning with data methodologies.
  • Independently investigate and resolve complex data quality issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Insights and Engineering to align on best practices and develop technical solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, robustness, and data quality, and mentor peers accordingly.

About The Role: YipitData’s Corporate team collaborates directly with organizations like Ulta, 3M, and Scotts Miracle-Gro to build one of the most comprehensive views into how consumers in the U.S. are purchasing and engaging with brands. In this role, you will independently manage data quality end-to-end, resolve complex issues across data pipelines and sources, improve category classification and product attribution, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our data is accurate, reliable, and clearly understood and help our clients understand our methodology and data limitations.
