Job summary

National Coatings and Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Data Processor to administer data for the corporate operating system, including reporting, database design and accuracy, and ad hoc analysis as required.

The role involves Data Entry and administration, managing Customer Attributes/Structure/Type, OS Permissions, ad hoc reporting and analysis, and Salesman/Commission assignment. Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is essential to support decision-making and operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel/Access/PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data and reason through problems to select methods.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1- 3 years of previous related experience a plus
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office skills such as, Access, Power Point and strong Excel
• Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem
• Ability to learn new computer applications quickly
• Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation
• Proficient in Excel with database design especially macros, queries, and reports
