Global Channel Management is seeking a Data Processor to handle data files received through an order entry system and process them to meet deadlines. You will work with a creative team to finalize outputs, manage reprints, and complete templates with accuracy.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of programming, Adobe CS, and SQL Server, with familiarity of USPS mailing requirements.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data handling
• Solid attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of data processing workflows
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of USPS mailing requirements
• Basic knowledge of programming structure
• Basic knowledge of Adobe CS
• Basic knowledge of SQL Server
• Experience receiving data files via order-entry systems and processing by deadlines
• Ability to relay results to a creative team for further processing
• Experience with reprints, job completions, and template processing
