Overview

• Work with a wide range of clients to analyze and mitigate risks related to the collection, storage, distribution, and use of data.
• Focus on privacy counseling and guidance, reviewing and drafting data retention policies, data privacy and data processing agreements, incident response plans, incident reports, and breach notifications; also assist with data breach response matters and handle artificial intelligence (AI) matters, staying current with state and federal privacy/AI laws and cybersecurity regulations.
• Required to have a demonstrated interest in the data privacy field, including CIPP certification; some experience with AI matters and incident response/data breach matters is preferred.
