Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business Admin or related field.
• 1–3 years in project coordination or IT support; passion for project management.
• Familiarity with Agile (SCRUM, Kanban) and Jira or Gitlab preferred.
• Basic BI concepts, data warehouses, and data management understanding.
• PMP or Agile Master certs beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data models for self-service BI.
• Gather requirements for new data ingestions and business data needs.
• Monitor milestones and critical paths to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track spend vs. budget and flag variances early.
• Plan resource capacity to scale projects as needed.
• Serve as Jira administrator; maintain backlog and velocity.
• Be the main contact for stakeholders and report progress, risks, issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and delegate tasks.
